Dual Exposure AleSmith Brewing Review

Review

Overall Score: 4.1

Dual Exposure has a light amber color and red tint, which seems to be a nod to the hibiscus. The palate is bursting with citrus and tropical flavors with intense hibiscus tasting notes and moderate maltiness. I can’t find a single hop in this DIPA, even if a gun was placed to my head. I’m shocked the IBU is so high, given the lack of bitterness (not always a clear indicator). The finish is crisp and dry, which saves you from experiencing the fruity flavors any longer, so I guess the finish is the best? Some consumers will enjoy this, but the target audience is not IPA enthusiasts. This is a beer to avoid.

Degenerate Discussion

Dual Exposure tastes like cum…assuming the person also drank a month supply of hibiscus before getting sucked off. This beer is a bigger disappointment than the time your parents lied to you about taking you to the toy store and you ended up at the dentist (fucking savages). I blame myself for buying this monstrosity. What DIPA drinker seeks hibiscus flavors in their beer? AleSmith is probably reading this review and yelling, “Dual Exposure wasn’t meant for you, jackass!” To them and everyone else, we say this beer is trash and Cheers Degenerates!
