Brewery Insights: Oatis Oatmeal Stout has a bold roasted barley flavor with smooth rich oats, a touch of chocolate, and a dry finish..
Review
Overall Score: 5.5
Oatis Oatmeal Stout has great labeling and comes from an exceptional brewery; however, the taste and experience don’t stand up. The palate is bland with limited tasting notes. Light vanilla and oatmeal flavors are noticeable when you search for them with roasted barely owning the palate. Ultimately, this is a boring stout and one that won’t impress many consumers. You can find worse, but you can easily find better.
Degenerate Discussion
Oatis Oatmeal Stout has the perfect name…Oatis seems like the person you easily forget about and could get hit by a car and the only question you would ask is, “Wait, who’s Oatis?” This stout can get hit by a car and get AIDs for good measure. The palate is dull and disappoints you given the brewery behind it. Drinking this stout is as trashy as eating plain oatmeal. Some enjoy both, but it’s rare, and they’re likely serial killers. Fuck them and cheers Degenerates!
