Brewery Insights: Brut Cider with Rose Hips and Hibiscus – Our cult favorite! This cider is made with apples from nelson county, fermented to 0 residual sugar, then infused with organic rosehips and hibiscus.
Overall Score: 7.0
Unicorn Fuel is a Brut Cider with a dark rosy red appearance with a spectacular can art display. The aroma comes off pretty much like any cider but with the sense of that brut dryness that’s advertised in this cider. The body is pretty flat and the flavor can come off a bit flat as well due to the brut taste of the cider. That does not take away of the taste of the interesting fruit and floral notes to it. If you are a fan of brut or dry ciders this is most likely your thing. If you are a fan of unicorns and dry cider this is definingly your drink!
I enjoy a cider depending on the weather, preferable a semi-dry or sweet one. Going into this Unicorn Fuel, I figured it would be sweet but I was wrong. What I do know if you do drink one of these Unicorn Fuel Ciders, you’ll turn into a fucking unicorn with a shirt that says “Fucking Magical.” If you don’t believe you then you have to try one yourself, you won’t be disappointed! Cheers Unicorn Degenerates!
